Budget
Vashon Park District's fiscal year is the calendar year. The budgeting process begins in September and is developed jointly by staff and comissioners, reviewed and revised in monthly public meetings and finalized at the first meeting of the year.
The Park District passed its 2011 Budget Tuesday, January 11. Click here to see a copy of the final budget for this year.
The 2012 Budget Process is underway and will be discussed at Commissioners' meetings, the 2nd Tuesday of each month, through December 2011.
2011Budget Process
At their December 7, 2010 meeting, Vashon Park District Commissioners moved to accept the 2011 draft budget. They voted on the budget motion at the official Budget meeting, January 11, 2011.
