Kajsa Ingemansson will help you identify the habitual movement patterns that may be causing you pain or discomfort, and she'll give you the tools to acquire more ease of movement and attention to the moment. Drawing from practices such as the FM Alexander Technique, Feldenkreis, and yoga this class will challenge you enough physically to stay present but discourage excess effort. This class is targeted to active teens and adults and meets Wednesday and Friday mornings, 7:30 - 8:30A, in the Ober Performance Room.  Fee is $6.50/class in punch card packs of 10 and 20.
