Vashon's Park District manages a few meeting rooms in its own facilities, including:
The Ober Park Performance Room -- used for dance and fitness classes as well as theatre performances and public meetings.
The Evergreen Room in Ober Park -- used primarily for Park Commissioner and Park Staff meetings, this room is only available for public meetings when a Park District staff person is participating.
Ober Park Lobby --
available for small meetings, the Ober Lobby is best suited to meetings that do not require privacy or quiet conditions.

VASHON COMMONS
Under an inter-local agreement with Vashon Park District, the Vashon School District provides a variety of meetings rooms that are made available for public use under Vashon Park District management.
