These are a good deal for those who plan to swim at least 2 times a week through the season. They are good for all ages and all swim sessions.
Family up to five members -- $300-Click to purchase online
(Over five members, $50 for each additional person)
For families who will use the pool at least 2 times a week and want the freedom to come and go for any swim session for any member of the family -- together or individually.
Punch Cards -- $45 for 10 swims (10 for the price of 9)-Click to purchase online
The VERY best deal for any age for any swim session. Buy 10 swims for the price of 9. NOTE: The AM dedicated lap swims, Monday through Saturday, will REQUIRE a pass or punch card.
Early AM lap swims (weekdays & Saturdays) MUST use a pass or punch card.
This is a full course in swimming pool Lifeguarding. Participants must be able to complete a 500-yard swim (using only crawl and breast strokes) and dive to a depth of 8.5 feet. You must be available to atend all classes. No make up days provided. Successful completion of the course earns an American Red Cross Lifeguarding certificate and full qualification in CPR and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer. Lifeguards are hired starting at 15 years old so pre-qualify yourself now at 14. The fee includes all required materials (Books & FA Supplies). NO REDUCED FEES AVAILABLE. Fee is $165. Class is full for this year. Call the Park District at 463-9602 to get on a wait list for next year.

Meet our Pool Manager, Scott Bonney
Scott has an extensive background in aquatics and aquatics management.
He started as a competitive swimmer in high school and kept on going to become a lifeguard, swim instructor, swim coach and ultimately a pool manager in New York.
Scott will bring new energy, professionalism and FUN to Year Two of the Vashon Pool under Park District management.
Scott says: "We plan to make the Vashon Pool into a primary island resource for summer fun. We will have expanded instruction and recreation programs. Let's all hope for warm and sunny weather." See you in the pool!
