Wednesday Bridge Lessons-- 1:00PM
The basic class, taught by Ellen Trout, meets Wednesday mornings at The Center on Bank Road. Daphne Purpus will continue to teach the advanced bidding and conventions class 1-3 p.m. Wednesdays. Both classes are free, no registration required, just come, learn, practice.
Every Wednesday -- Laugh for the Health Of It
Wesley Rogers leads a free class with storytelling and other techniques to reprogram negative emotions to positive ones, 11-11:30 AM every Wednesday at The Center on Bank Road.
Every Wednesday -- LineDancing, 6:30-7:30PM
KB Jones, a line-dancing teacher, will show basic steps for dancing to country music; beginners, men, women and children welcome, wear leather-soled shoes. FREE, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays at The Center on Bank Road.
Lunch -- Every Day but Thursday, 11:45 AM.
Suggested donation of $3.50 to offset costs. Everyone is welcome!
Enhance Fitness -- Exercises for people 55 and better
Enrollment is open
A new series of exercise classes for women and
men 50 and better starts at 12:45 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays,
Jan. 21-Feb. 28 at the Ober Park Building.
Taught by Mo Brule, the
first class is free if you're a beginner; fees are $35 for Senior
Center members; $42, nonmembers; free to Group Health members. Register at the Center on Bank Rd.

Call Senior Services Volunteer Transportation at 448-5740
Here are some guidelines to help it work for you:
- Schedule off-island appointments no earlier than 10AM and be sure the appointment ends by 2:30P
- Contact the Volunteer Transportation office on Wednesday before your appointment or sooner to schedule a ride.
