Vashon Elementary

The old Vashon Elementary School site, 15 acres recently leased to the Park District by the Vashon Island School District, will soon get a face lift as the result of a community master planning process. It currently hosts two ball fields. In its near future are improvements to the existing ball fields and the addition of a third, multi-purpose field. It’s longer range future includes public restrooms, a playground, and field designations for soccer, baseball and lacrosse use. In addition to the existing athletic fields, the VES site offers dog friendly trails.
