Young Poets 'Publicize' their Work

Before summer was summer, Doug Swan's Chautauqua fifth-grade students visited the Poetry Post at the Village Green. They read and then pinned their decorated poems to the Post. Ann Spiers, Post steward, welcomed and invited the students to encourage others to share poems with the Island by tacking them onto the post.  Check it out...add your own and get 'publicized.'

Thanks to Ann Spiers and the participating students for sharing their work with the community.
